Redwood City Cañada 4-H Club

About

Redwood City - Canada 4-H

4-H has been active in San Mateo County for over 60 years.  Redwood City - Canada 4-H has been extremely involved in developing youth leaders and has had a strong presence at the San Mateo County Fair.  A large number of the county's All Stars (the highest rank a 4-Her can achieve at the county level) have come from our club over the past 7 years.  The All Stars are the true leaders of our county developing activities and programs specifically for all county members.  Our belief is to encourage youth to become the leaders of tomorrow.  Older members mentor younger members and develop lasting friendships in the process, as do their parents.  Former members, who have graduated, have come back after college to assist or lead projects for our club.  We have had a number of members who have spent 5-10 years and more in our club.
